This hotel was highly-rated for its very comfy beds. I liked our room on the 9th floor, but it was expensive. AND, getting charged $38/day in Parking was insulting.

Cribs and extra beds aren't available at this property. The breakfast was outstanding with omelets to order. The staff was very helpful in assisting with any request. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. Pool was clean and nice (salt water). Breakfast had lots of variety and was very tasty.
I informed the Assistant Manager Ms. Coakley of our concerns and she upgraded our room to a suite with city views! Great customer service from management! The hotel felt fairly new and was very clean.
